| The Digital Academy is conducted in partnership with local government agencies, nonprofits groups and public schools in the Bay Area communities of Berkeley, Oakland, Richmond and Bay Point.
In 1999, the Digital Technology Academy embarked on the six-part "An Exploration of Our History" documentary film series. The training program was conductded in conjunction with the Contra Costa County Service Integration Program at the North Richmond and Bay Point Family Service Centers. The award winning documentary series examined the county's two main unincorporated communities from both social and economic perspectives.
